Training for existing staff includes a range of full qualification certificate courses, certification of existing skills and short courses aimed at meeting compliance with business and industry standards. Summit can provide advice on industry and course subsidies for new and existing staff.
Summit also provides a range of Traineeships which includes a free recruitment service and advice on possible incentives when you register your trainees with us. Summit also provide a Group Training service which means we take care of the paperwork and employment of your trainee or apprentice by arranging all the training, payment of wages and on-costs for your new employee.
For general recruitment Summit works in partnership with recruitment service Workfront People Solutions who deliver a professional ‘cost effective’ recruitment service operating under a strict code of conduct to ensure the quality and confidentiality of service.

Summit work with employers to understand their training and staffing needs. We can deliver a range of Course Options to develop the skills of your staff. We can assess the current skills of existing staff to ensure their alignment to nationally recognised certification. We offer training ‘on site’ at your business to minimise down time and can tailor a course and time schedule that suits you. We also offer a number of ‘self paced training programs that can be completed ‘on-line’ or via correspondence by staff to achieve a qualification.
If you’re looking for staff, Summit have people ‘in training’, who are looking for work and prepared to participate in our Cadetship Program where a voluntary work placement program with your business gives them the opportunity to meet and learn from local employers and improve their career prospects.
